I had already check the Sec. of State in CT and found nothing.  I did notice that the ASA Florida listing on SOT said they covered CT and their fax still worked.  I faxed them a copy of my invoice.   

  There is a nice website for ASA that lists the contact info in CT but none of the numbers work except the phone number...the one that says all mailboxs are full for whatever dept. you request.  I called the FL numbers and got the very same voice messages with full mailboxs.  I did notice that the last time ASA updated with SOT was in 2004.

  I kept digging and found out that ASA stands for Appraisal Services of America but that website said their email addresses were invalid.

  There is nothing after their name on this order.  It just says, ASA Real Estate Services, 48 Christian Ln, Newington, CT 06111. 

  Don't know why they would still have an elobarate phone system and website if they are out of business.  I'm gonna pursue billing the FL company since they are the only one that has a working fax.
