Ah... I think I understand.  I was just assuming that it would be understood from the "Chain of Title" the questions were in the context of a full search and you would looking for all of the items that would need to be shown.

But, your answers were fine.  I was puzzled by the dates you chose, but you clarified by expanding the search to include a 20 year period for judgments.  That would be a more than sufficient time to find an IRS lien.
