WoW!  Thank you, Steve, for such great information and for taking time out of your day to give such great advice.  I will be sure to pass this information along to the necessary person but knowing her, this is far from a done issue.  The gloves are just getting on, so to speak.  I think we are all tired of being on the bottom of the food chain when it comes to being paid provided there is money left in the account. I have no idea how some of these people sleep at night knowing they have screwed the independent abstractor who, after all, completed the order in a timely, accurate and professional manner.  Thank you, again, Steve.  I'm sure I am speaking for many when I say that we are glad you are "on board" at SOT!
