As I was reviewing the stats for my blog today, I ran across the following keyword search string from Google:

"our local elementary school requested a copy of the deed to our house, where do i get one"

The query originated from an IP address somewhere in Kentucky.  Now I'm eaten up with curiosity and can't figure for the life of me why an elementary school would need a copy of the deed to someone's house.  Anybody know the answer to this or care to venture a guess?
