Vikki: That make sense and now I understand the delay- but- making changes takes seconds o Works- so anything you have is fine, and I can edit it later- maybe just send me what you have and I can get started- both of us can edit it afterward to make changes- i will tell you how to do that- And,if you don't already have Paperport- they are selling it on their web site for $99 for the pro-version- which I paid $159 for , and that was with a discount because I have sunk a fortune into that company- Melinda got it and it thrilled with the possibilities- she indicated that before she had to download the docs, print them, scan them, then e-mail them- we eliminated the middle two steps and saved tons of time, and aggravation to say the least.
