I appreciate your comments.  One of the main reasons I haven't incorporated thus far is because I really don't need any more paperwork. I hate the bookkeeping part of my job.  Not in this for investors and I don't consider myself as a firm!  I have excellent E & O coverage and for a reasonable price.  I would hate to have to pay more or have 2 separate policies.  I'm actually happy being a sole proprietor (minus the bookkeeping) but will discuss all with my accountant!  Thanks again.
