Just so others know what happened-I did have to get in touch with tech support and they walked me through the fix for this program. Once I had it up and running, it was nice- but was similar to my existing system-nothing stood out at first- I will give it a few more test runs and see how it works- just to be fair about the product. Loretta is right , it does have a "nice" look to it, which is also available on others systems too, there just is no excuse for hand written front sheets anymore-too many opportunities for mis- reading what is scratched on them.
Now on to the next thing, like more work!!
