Scott, I also use a disclaimer like yours. However, I also use the following statement,
"further use of this information implies acceptance of these terms and user agrees to hold harmless (insert company) for any claims or disputes related to this information. User also agrees to a remit payment within 30 days of invoice date and agrees to a finance charge of 12% per annum, plus reasonable collection cost and fees for any fees not paid within terms"
What I like about this is that it negates any further claims. If they have a claim, that means they used it. If they used it, they have accepted the terms. If they accepted the terms, they agree to hold harmless. Thus, their use negates your liability. It also locks them into a collection process if necessary.
