My sentiments exactly, Bill.  That's been our practice ever since we opened our doors.  We don't complete a single order without a signed agreement in place.  I've lost business, but I figure that's business I can afford to lose.  If someone balks at signing an agreement that says they promise to pay us, then what kind of hassle will we get when we send them a bill?
