The other thing to take into consideration is availability of court documents (Ie. estates and divorces), here in TN there are quite a few counties that will not email documents or require pre-payment of fees (generally by money order, no checks allowed) and with the new USPS delivery guidelines there's no telling how long it will take payment to get there and copies to get back to you.

There are also quite a few counties in TN that are not all online, one of my counties only goes back to 1998 on mortgages and currently will not fax documents.
