I know this is an old post, I have had 7 orders in 7 years. I am having an issue getting paid now on a document retrieval. they gave us a book and page, we copied the deed. They claim it was not what they wanted and won't pay. We were not hired to do a title search, only to get a deed at a book and page. I am guessing it was a bad deed reference, not our fault.
