I think the most constructive approach would be to contact each of the abstractors, and make arrangements for payment. Your above post really says nothing with respect to that issue on an individual basis. If you do extend a payment plan to them....how do you plan to secure them for payments on an installment basis in the event that your business goes under? Do you plan to extend interest to them for the use of their money during the period of untimely payment?
