I just received an email from a "county official" that reminded me that they aren't all bad.  We do have several hardworking county officials who deserve kudos for their public service.  And, to be honest, I even like the particular county official who wouldn't take my check.  She runs a pretty good office.  Their records are well organized and reliable.  Unfortunately, sometimes their "silly" rules are counter productive.

My post was meant to be a bit tongue-in-cheek.  I do not condone violence and I don't want to see anyone literally beating county officials (of course).  I was obviously very frustrated on the day in question and just need to vent.  I'm sure everyone can relate to that.
