We agree we do not help foreign companies handle the important documents that are US information. If these happen to have peoples social security numbers or something of that nature we could be helping identity theft. We use to do work for them, but it was always pure orders that could not be completed ONLINE, and we decided to stop doing work with them based on all the info on Source of Title about them. If companies continue to support these types of searchers, as soon as 40 year searches are able to be done online we will all be looking for new jobs and all the title work will be done overseas. Support U.S. Companies, and keep our vital records within these walls. Its not fair for you to have to absorb the high gas prices and spend hours and hours on a file, just because they couldnt complete it online.
