Law firms are reputable until the are judged otherwise in a review by the state's  Grievance Committee/Ethics Committee. I think we have seen a demonstration of how well the system works with respect to the overly zealous prosecutor in the case of the Duke University students who were indicted for a rape and sexual misconduct that never happened.

If you have a minute watch Michael Creighton's "The Firm" on dvd. Great movie. The book was even better. "And Justice For All" was pretty good also.
