Come on now Kevin,    You should know by now that the
3 strikes and you're out rule only applies in baseball, not
real life.     You have to remember there are those liberals
among us that feel some of the worst of society can /
will be saved (rehabiliated) even after 8 or 10 real attempts
at crimes.  I'll bet if the Gov's wife and daughter had been
the ones hurt/killed, the law would have passed.
Meanwhile, get a gun and protect yourself(s).  
Teach the women in you life how to shoot straight,
often, and not stop until the bad guys are dead.
