Heard some good news this morning. Although housing sales are still depressed. Refies may be another story. There seems to be a large influx of mortgage applications since the rates have dropped. One mortgage broker who was interviewed said he was swamped with applications...up 40%. As always though with good news also comes some bad news. Although the applications are increasing...credit is tightening, and not all of the applications will be approved.
