I absolutely agree with you Wanda. I've had two statewide ads running for several years now, one for Davick Services and one for the Texas Directory of Independent Abstractors and Researchers.

I wonder if people who visit here realize just how inexpensive and effective an ad here can be. Robert has set up a unique site where abstractors can advertise their services by state or nationwide and for very little money. Where else can independent abstractors consistently display their services for less per month than we charge for a current owner search?

Additionally, abstractors who do not have a web site of their own can link the ad to a web page Source of Title provides with an enhanced listing. Enhanced listings allow you to easily create a Web page for an annual cost that is less than what most of us charge for a couple of current owner searches.

It really doesn't make sense for anyone who is serious about this business to NOT have an ad or at least an enhanced listing.
