I have a customer that wants to know the names and addresses for all adjustable rate mortgages that are set to adjust within the next 6 months, within a particular county in Florida. I have spoke to the Clerk of Circuit Court to see if they track that information. They do not. My question is does anybody out there have any idea how to get this information without actually having to look at every mortgage (there are potentially thousands of mortgages) within the county records? I do know that some of the underwriters have this information but I am not sure how I could get my hands on this. Any information you have on this subject would be helpful.
