Well, this is interesting, and I'll keep monitoring. My phone conversations with Eclipse have been totally professional , and on the surface, I find no reason to be concerned. 

We just completed a search in the quasi-commercial world which is not our target market.  I say quasi, because 'commercial' can describe just a corner market... or an entire industrial  complex.

I hope to build our relationship with Eclipse.  But do keep us posted.
