Did anyone else get a fax today from them about the reduction in fees. They are always 90 days late paying me and now telling me what they are willing to pay.

Paragraph 3 of their letter...
"An example of how we are trying to restructure is for our abstractors to perform a current owner search and when we know it is scheduled to close, we will order an update to a full title and the abstractor would then receive their full fee, however, if it does not close, your charge would only be for the current owner search".  

This, of course, would be subject to review, once the market has recovered.
