No interest.  Our escrow account is an IOTA account and all interest earned goes to the state. They are aware that the fund are in a non-interest bearing account and I urged them to resolve the matter quickly.  I am hoping that because they aren't getting any interest, they will have an incentive to get this worked out. 

I am not charging any additional fees.  I probably should, but I just want the deal to close. In reality, it isn't really any additional work - I just have to wait to print the check.  I'm not really concerned about making any additional money.  I just want to be able to close for the buyer's sake.
