I just recently re-sent them an invoice for a case I did 45 days ago- my billing program just lets me know how many days "late" any one invoice is- in this case it indicated that it was 15 days late since it assumes that every invoice is net 30 days- but I had changed mine to "due on receipt" - they wrote back that it was "not late" and it had not been 45 days- they pointed out that they received it the day after I e-mailed it ( wonder how that could occur) and their payment program paid this invoice on the first of the month- which was 7 days ago and still no payment- I guess it takes longer for the mail to flow with in Tennessee- I won't be doing any more for them.
