Just a word to clear the air on terms:
I don't think you have an "employer", you
are under contract with your companies you
do the work for. They cut you a 1099 for
what funds they send you, and you pay
your SS taxes and income tax. They do
not withhold and taxes on you like an
"employer" must do. If you were a "true
employee" you most likely would be able
to make a claim under some wage-hour
law. (Right Kevin) ????
