I just noticed this discussion and wanted to say that the name of the company is ABSOLUTE PROPERTY SERVICES(APS) and not Absolute Title. 

I am very aware of their name as my company is ABSOLUTE TITLE ABSTRACT in Ma. and certainly don't want to be confused as we are totally independent.

To my knowledge Eclipse Real Estate Services is also totally independent of APS as Wayne has separated himself from all aspects of APS.  I do some work for Eclipse and they pay on time and regularly and are good to work with.
