Finally!  I was wondering if I was the only one being taken by these people.  I know I've talked to Jessica about them and I'm happy for her that she's getting paid, however, after many phone calls and emails to them and getting the "gee, I wasn't aware of this situation and I'll look into it and recify this right away", after a small check 5 months ago,  I haven't seen penny one.  Then I just found out that they are 'using' (can't say paying) another abstracter in my area to do their work now.  When I see that happening, not paying one abstractor and going on to the next until they run out of people they can screw, that tells me they are not honest and are just trying to get as much mileage as they can out of independents who are just trying to make a living and trusting that the company calling them saying they have work for them, to pay them for it.  Yes, I can and will be taking them to collections, but I also want to make darn sure that others out there know about this company and to not be taken in.  If we stopped complaining (informing), no one would know about these non-paying companies and would continue to do their work and not getting paid.  I like the fact that I can come on to this website and find out about a company that called me to do their work.  I wish I had seen a post about this company before I took on their work.  I wouldn't be so disgusted right now.  Sorry for the rant, but jiminy crickets!
