Perhaps a general strike of the abstractors is in order to demonstrate the shortcomings of outsourced title searches. Of course they would need to diversify their services first in order to provide themselves with an income during a strike. But then again ...you can never get the abstractors to organize to do much to improve their situation. They seem satisfied with simply complaining.
