I did one order for this company and getting paid was like pulling teeth. On their coversheet it states that you must send an invoice to be paid for copies. Of course I sent an invoice and saved the transmission log. The payment was past net 45 and short a document retrieval(plat) and all copies. Michelle at NNBS was quite hostile when I attempted to collect, she claimed they didn't recieve an invoice and to this day the plat and copies remain unpaid. She said that they sent the check, that was 3 weeks ago.
