Actually no I could not do the closing scheduling conflict. However as Tower City they always paid without an issue. And on that vein I have been extremly busy even throughout this "recesssion period". My business slowed a little but only gave me breathing room. As for not getting paid. I have on my invoice which I send back with package or by fax after EACH and every closing " 15% late payment fee if paid after 30 days". I have never had a problem. If I am on the HUD I handwrite " payment listed on HUD, payment due within 7 days of settlement" .
