Jay,   Maybe society needs to become more serious
about this "problem".  I   would suggest we have a
special group of "limited duty" cops who are trained
and only work on the drunk drivers.   That way the
real cops can go after the real bad guys like drug
dealers, bank robbers, crooked mtg. brokers, etc..

They the "drunk driver cops" would be able to
take the people to the first aid stations that treat
minor injuries for the blood draw.
Better yet, why not just shoot the drunk drivers
on the spot, that way they wouldn't kill anybody
by being DUI the second time.
