I have been doing searches for this company since October of last year and every month I bill them.  They pick what searches they will pay for with this 90 day out policy and in that time frame they will not pay all the searches.  For instance, Amanda is the person that I have dealt with..( I believe it is a one woman show ran from the home) she will mispell the borrower's name and can't find it in her system.  (8 orders) I have them clearly typed and she doesn't have order's so unless you have the actual order for from her no matter how old it is you will not get paid.  I invoiced her numerous times and she only made a partial payment and the old line I sent a check on Friday.  So, I have stopped taking orders from her and seriously doubt if the check was in the mail...lol  ..I am taking this type of conning and scamming that she has done to me personally and will try to get paid.  So a warning to all you honorable people..( I should of read her -2 comments.  Do not take orders from her or make her prepay.  I have carefully documented and would appreciate any information anyone has on her.  Their address is PO BOX (imagine that) 701363, Louisville,KY 602-585-4018  .  Thanks you...Lori Davis
