We started doing this, Sharon, with clients whose track records either had not been established or receive multiple bad reports (here on Source of Title).  I just send a very nice e-mail that explains why I cannot accept an order without pre-payment and then we go through paypal.  There is a small fee (I don't handle these transactions myself, but I can easily find out when my IT guy gets in for the day) which we pass on to the client.  We've used it a couple of times and it works well.  PLEASE feel free to contact us directly and we'll walk you thru the process.
