My advice as to cell tower searches is not to do them unless you are very familiar with such work. Just as others have said they are a pain. I have done many cell tower searches and beyond the different terms and lengthy documents that you have to deal with, they take a lot of time and can force you to get behind with all of your other work. Cell tower searches are in a way like an oil and gas search. And charge accordingly.

We start at $2500 in our area. And don't let some vendor management company talk you in to any $250 search. Cell towers can make millions and serious companies will not argue with a $2500 fee to get a complete search.
