I have the best recipe for buffalo chicken dip
1 Cooked Rotiserrie chicken from supermarket
1 Jar Marie's Blue Cheese dressing (or any kind)
1 Bottle Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 Package softened cream cheese.
1/2 package shredded monterey jack/cheddar cheese blend
Shred chicken. Coat with hot sauce in bowl. Put cream cheese on bottom of baking dish
Then put chicken coated with hot sauce in pan and cover with blue cheese dressing to dish (use a little more than half the jar)
Cover with cheese (as much as you want)
You can add a little more dressing on top if you want
Put in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes till cheese is bubbly.
I bring it to every party and it's a hit.
