I used the word "fishy" because it seemed quite odd that my friend, as I was informed, stated that his client informed him (he actually did a time comparison and it was apparently 1 hour before the foreclosure sale that he was informed) that a judgment was missed & that they needed a copy of it. He got a copy of the judgment back to them later in the day, after the sale had taken place - which he was unaware of as he was told they had started the foreclosure process.
95% of the foreclosures right now in FL go right back to Lender (as this one did) as there is No or Negative Equity in most of the properties due to the massive peak & drop we just went thru down here.
Just thought it strange to be informed 1 hr prior to sale...wonder if it could have been (or even was) resolved earlier?
