Thanks for helping me out.  I certainly didn't mean to stir things up or get into any controversies.  That is why I rarely post on here because people tend to get so heated about the smallest of issues.

You're right about what I'm looking for.  I will have a lot of documents that need to be retrieved and it will be more cost effective to use someone with access to a title plant or if someone knows of a title plant where I can rent space.
