JAY!!!!

No more gloom and doom!!! LOL. This housing slump would slowly start moving if the media would shut its pie hole!!! Prices are the lowest they've been in years, interest rates are still at all time lows. Yeah, property taxes are ridiculous down here in Florida. Our "brilliant" politicians in Tallahassee are trying to fix it. That would make for a great sitcom!! I only wish I had more cash on hand to start buying some properties. I only wish I was looking for a house now. I do have one for sale on the beach.....hint - hint! Yeah, Yeah, I'm sure a lot of you will disagree with me on this, but it's my humble opinion. hehehe.
