Can anyone give me any feed back on this company.  Got a call today asking us to pull a copy of a mortgage.  I was on the road and asked the guy (Indian accent - dot, not feather) to fax the order and some info on the company.

Got a fax that said "Please provide the copy requested".  They gave me a book and page and name.  Nothing else.  No return email address.  No return phone number.  No company address.  No vendor package.  No company information.  Nothing.  He signed it.....Singh ESSLLC.  That's it.

Didn't I read something about this company a while back on SOT?  I have searched the messages, but don't come up with anything.

Anyone with feedback?  Good?  Bad?

I have a feeling it is one of those India based companies.
