It is nice to see you posting again.  I'm glad you are still out there.  Don't let any "snippy" comments keep you away.  We have just learned to put up with them around here... its a price we pay for an open forum.

If you don't get any abstractors willing or able to help with your doc pulls, you might want to try DocEdge or DataTrace.  With volume, I think you might find the pricing reasonable and it would be rather simple.  As much as I like to see you looking for local abstractors - this is something that seems well suited to a computerized database. You already have document numbers, so you really don't need the "expertise" of an abstractor. Just a thought... I know that DocEdge is based in California and I would imagine that they would have pretty good coverage.
