Although my fishing experience is limited to salt water...I have heard that muskie fishing is also a lot of fun. As you have said they grow quite large, and put up a good fight. Friends of mine have said that they can become very aggressive when hungry. They have told me that muskies are capable of dragging a duck swimming on the surface of a lake under water for a meal.
