I've been doing this for 15 years and all you can hope for is that he won't last long.  First he can't keep a car on the road and make a living at those prices, second , at those prices, he can't have much experience and does not value his work or experience.  Best of all, most of them don'd last long, mistakes follow everywhere they go.
