Stop jerking around with them, and file suit. You will be surprised how fast they want to pay you after they are served with a summons. Add your costs of service and/or filing fee to the bill you are owed since you would most likely be awarded the costs of litigation in addition to your bill. The costs of litigation are not the same as attorney's fees which attorney's fees may or may not be compensable under the law of the forum state.
