I guess I don't understand why a layman would want to plot out a M&B - just get a copy of the survey and compare it to the legal.

I read surveys out all the time, but I don't "create" them for clients.  I don't want the liability.

Plus, a Tax Map and Tax Search is a good resource as well.  In NJ, typically the tax search has a basic reference to the lot size.to post a reply: login - or - register
