Although he doesn't answer the phone, there is a phone number you can call and leave a message.  I did-just to vent.  It is 1-800-321-4157 x230.  Whether or not he responds is anybody's guess.  I also have his home address and phone number if anyone is interested.  That probably is not the way to approach him-might be a tad confrontational- but maybe it is a way to go.  I don't know.  What really gets me is the article I found on the internet dated 9-03-2007 about opening a branch in Tampa FL .." ...to continue our acquistion discussions and build on our presence in the Florida market."  Could he be abandoning the "north"?
