It's a struggle.  I firmly believe it's not because they are in any way, shape, or form approaching "deadbeat" status, but just that they're not really well organized in their accounting end of things.  You have to struggle through getting a hold of the right person and doing a lot of faxing/e-mailing back and forth. -- Alix
