I am with you , Vivian. Not only do you wind up doing more work for less, but the clients often abuse it by not living up to their end of the bargain. That is primarily why we stopped with the volume discounts. Since he has to have the closing done anyway...it makes sense to kill two birds with one stone, and both parties are happy. The client gets the discounted search price he wants, and he can assign whatever volume he wants. We make it up in the larger closing price.
