We worked for them in DE for 13 great years. Once we started dealing with NC, everything turned sour. We always did 4-6 hour TAT and got tired of the whole web deal. We were searchers, not data entry clerks. Every once in a while, we'd get a new contact and have to retrain them to DE. When we called and said we were done with them, we got 4 calls in rapid succesion from higher level execs asking us to reconsider.
We prided ourselves on being relationship builders, which made us very successful. Parting with TU after so many good years was very painful for us in that respect; we had made friends with many execs over the years but business is business.
