If  you are dealing with a corporation or LLC the closing of one of their offices does not forclose you from being paid.  However, the closing of the office does signal financial difficulties for your client. Submit your invoices as requested, but be prepared to litigate the claim if you are not paid within a reasonable period of time....be mindful of the statute of limitations.
