Believe it or not, you may be asked to do a search on a parking space. I'm not talking about the whole lot or searching for a place to park. I'm talking about doing a title search on a single space.
According to the following Associated Press report, some spaces go for as much as $250,000 and lender's are offering six figure mortgage financing for a place to park your car. And the developers say they have a waiting list of willing buyers.
