And, until you have something positive to contribute, I have little NO interest in what you "think." The purpose of my post wasn't to convince you of anything - rather it was to let the readers here know that NALTEA is out there representing the abstractors. Lest, they get the impression from you that they haven't done anything.
I am proud of the volunteers who have done so much for NALTEA and I am proud to be a member. NALTEA is promoting the professional abstractors - that is the purpose of a professional association. Your expectations that NALTEA "fix" the "slow work, outsourcing, collections issues," etc. is ludicrous. I'm just trying to stop the spread of ignorance. Having done my best, we really have nothing further to discuss.
